At Thread Masters, each order is stitched with care and pride. Because most of our products are custom-made, our shipping process includes both production time and delivery time. Please read below for full details.

🧵 Order Processing Time

• Custom Orders: Please allow 2–3 weeks for production.

• Ready-to-Ship Items: Ship within 3–5 business days.

• Processing time may vary during peak seasons or for large bulk/wholesale orders.

📦 Shipping Rates & Carriers

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, delivery method, and location.

• We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the best available option.

• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

🌍 Domestic Shipping (USA)

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited shipping options available at checkout

• We currently ship to all 50 states and APO/FPO addresses

🌐 International Shipping

• At this time, we are only accepting international orders on a case-by-case basis. Please email us before placing an international order.

🕒 Delays & Issues

• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses.

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

• If your package is marked "Delivered" but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping provider directly.
